This policy describes the Version 9 private-workspace preview. Contact choplinella@gmail.com with questions or requests to delete your account or workspace.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, NodFabric receives your Google account’s stable identifier, verified email address, name, and optional profile picture. Your first sign-in creates an empty private workspace. We store the cards, preferences, and content you choose to add to it. The app requests Gmail send-only authorization for the selected account and stores its refresh token encrypted on the server. It does not request permission to read, search, or modify your Gmail mailbox.
How data is used
Identity data is used to establish your account and protect access to your workspace. Sender authorization is held for user-initiated Gmail sending when that feature is available; this preview does not send email from its composer. Workspace content is used to display and save your board. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.
Storage and sharing
Application records are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Google processes its own sign-in and consent flow. We do not share your Google data with advertisers. Authorized service providers may process data only to operate or secure NodFabric. Sessions expire and can be ended with Sign out. Sender authorization remains until you revoke access or request deletion; we do not claim that revoking a Google grant automatically erases records already stored by NodFabric.
Your choices
You can disconnect NodFabric at Google Account connections. To request a copy or deletion of your NodFabric account, workspace, or stored sender authorization, email the support address above. Requests are handled manually while self-service deletion is unavailable. Do not place information in the workspace that you are not authorized to share.
